Farmers Insurance Exchange and other plaintiffs sued a former independent Farmers insurance agent Friday in New York Western District Court for alleged theft of trade secrets and breach of contract. The suit, filed by Locke Lord, accuses Steven Drexler of misappropriating customer information in violation of an agent agreement. Lawyers have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 6:21-cv-06543, Farmers Insurance Exchange et al v. Drexler et al.
