Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton released a 374-page report Monday exonerating himself from accusations of criminal wrongdoing written by unnamed attorneys that he hired—with one lawyer calling it "half-baked" compared with New York Attorney General Letitia James' recent bombshell report detailing sexual misconduct allegations against Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
