Perkins Coie Adds David Sewell as Financial Services Regulatory Partner
And other announcements of recent hirings and promotions of New York attorneys.

- Perkins Coie has added David Sewell as a partner in the firm's financial transactions practice and fintech industry group. Prior to joining, he served as counsel and assistant vice president at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and as executive director for regulatory strategy and engagement at JPMorgan Chase.
- Mark Fang, former assistant attorney general of the State of New York and assistant district attorney of Westchester County, has joined Abrams Fensterman as of counsel and member of its appellate, civil litigation, municipal, and labor and employment law practice groups.
- Cullen and Dykman has added Dario Nolasco as a partner in its corporate department. He joins from Fox Horan & Camerini.
- Milton Springut has joined Moses & Singer as a partner in its intellectual property practice. He was previously with his own boutique firm, Springut Law, which he founded in 2013. His colleague Caroline Boehm also joins the firm as special counsel.
- Davidoff Hutcher & Citron has hired Nicholas Terzulli as senior counsel in the firm's corporate law practice group. Formerly, he served as executive vice president and general counsel for Cedar Communities, a private equity fund that operates assisted living facilities.
- Blank Rome has hired Christy Reuter as a partner in its real estate group. Before joining, she was a partner at Meister Seelig & Fein, where she chaired that firm's hotel and hospitality group and was a member of its corporate and real estate groups.
- Jessica Rose Lonergan has joined Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as of counsel in the firm's litigation department. Most recently, she was an assistant U.S. attorney in the criminal division of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.
- Mark Aloia has joined Tarter Krinsky & Drogin as a partner in its real estate and construction practices. He joins from Rosenberg & Estis, where he was also a partner.
- Steve Graber has joined Warshaw Burstein as a partner in the firm's trusts and estates group. He was previously a partner with Robinson Brog in that firm's estate planning, tax and real estate departments.
- Justin Pfeiffer has joined Nixon Peabody as counsel in the firm's health care practice. Prior to joining, he was director of the New York State Department of Health's Bureau of Program Counsel.
- Schiff Hardin has added Johnathan Duncan as counsel in the corporate practice. He joins from Olshan Frome Wolosky.
- Hinshaw & Culbertson has added Brooke Tanner as a partner. She was previously claims counsel for Rockville Risk Management Associates.
- Cohen Clair Lans Greifer Thorpe & Rottenstreich has hired Heather Shulman as an associate in the matrimonial practice for its White Plains office. She was formerly an associate with Berkman Bottger Newman & Schein.

The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
