New York’s top court heard arguments Tuesday over whether there was enough evidence for a grand jury to indict a man for manslaughter in an overdose death.
The case is among the first facing two new judges on the state Court of Appeals, Madeline Singas and Anthony Cannataro, who were appointed by ex-Gov. Andrew Cuomo earlier this year.
