Jill Pietrini and Paul Bost of Sheppard Mullin have stepped in to defend Sunrise Apparel Group LLC in a pending trademark lawsuit. The suit was filed May 28 in New York Eastern District Court by Dorsey & Whitney on behalf of Franci Cohen and her "Spider" physical fitness programs, services and equipment trademarks.
