Attorneys for Thomas Barrack, the chairman of former President Donald Trump’s 2017 inaugural committee, called on federal prosecutors to produce more discovery Thursday during the first status conference since Barrack was indicted in July.

Barrack’s attorney, Matthew Herrington of Paul Hastings, said he is suffering from a “profound information asymmetry” as he prepares to defend his client, who has pleaded not guilty to several charges, including acting as an agent of a foreign government without notifying the attorney general and obstruction of justice.
