As the New York tech scene continues to heat up, Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe is reinforcing its expertise on the East Coast, adding another dealmaking partner.
Max Cantor, who joined Fox Rothschild in April 2017 and made partner this April, has joined Orrick as a partner in its New York office. Cantor's practice focuses on corporate transactions spanning venture capital, growth equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and more.
