- Sandeep Savla has joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner, focusing on civil litigation and white collar investigations. He joins from Latham & Watkins.
- Laura Sugarman has joined Nixon Peabody as a partner in the firm's affordable housing & real estate group. She joins from Holland & Knight.
- Daniel Paulos has joined Proskauer as a partner in the firm's tax department. He was formerly with KPMG.
- Justine Clark has joined Moses & Singer as of counsel in the firm's banking & finance and corporate, mergers & acquisitions practice groups.
- K&L Gates has added Amanda Albert as a partner in the benefits, ESOPs, and executive compensation practice. She joins the firm's New York office from Allen & Overy.
- John Chun has joined Herrick, Feinstein as a partner in the firm's restructuring & finance litigation department. He was formerly with Quinn Emanuel.
- Entertainment attorney Jake Levy has opened a boutique law firm, Levy Law, located at 40 Worth Street in New York. Prior to founding the new firm he was a partner at Franklin, Weinrib, Rudell and Vassallo.
- Wiggin and Dana has added Kristina Wesch as a partner in the firm's health care department. Before joining, she was a partner at Herrick Feinstein where she led the firm's health care transactions practice.
- One Rock Capital Partners has named Fola Adamolekun as general counsel and chief compliance officer of the firm. She joins after serving as executive director and the deputy general counsel of global alternatives at J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management.
- Michelman & Robinson has designated Michael Poster as the firm's music acquisitions & financing chair.
- William Estes has joined Ballard Spahr as a member of the firm's P3/Infrastructure Group in its finance department. He formerly served as vice president and general counsel of the New York City School Construction Authority.
- Davis Wright Tremaine has added Lisa Dayan as of counsel in the firm's employment services group. She joins from Kauff McGuire & Margolis.
- Blank Rome has hired Matthew Crawford as an associate in the firm's real estate group. He joins from Meister Seelig & Fein. The firm has also added Anna Uger as an associate in its tax, benefits and private client group.
- Forchelli Deegan Terrana has added John Gordon as an associate in the firm's real estate and IDA practice groups.

The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Zahid N. Quraishi, is 3:24-cv-11294, Graco Inc. et al v. Devco Corporation.

The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
