After almost two decades with Hogan Lovells, Lillian Tsu has joined Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton as a New York partner and will focus on capital markets, corporate governance and compliance.

During her tenure with Hogan, Tsu advised big-name public companies on major deals. Among them was 21st Century Fox, Inc. She worked on a variety of the company’s debt offerings that tallied up to $11 billion, as well its spin-off of News Corp., which has media holdings that include the Wall Street Journal and the New York Post.
