Judge Jenny Rivera 'Silence Is Very Puzzling': Attorneys Surprised by Judge Rivera's Non-Compliance With Vaccine Mandate
The non-compliance could lead to a referral to the state's judicial disciplinary commission, according to an email from Chief Administrative Judge Lawrence Marks. The note did not name Rivera specifically and was sent to judges a week before the court system's Sept. 27 deadline for jurists to get vaccinated or apply for an exemption.
