What were some of your most satisfying successes of the past year, and why? The Silver Spike/Weedmaps transaction was definitely a highlight. That transaction combined all of the multidisciplinary complications of the SPAC structure with a highly regulated industry overlay, by virtue of the target business operating in the cannabis space. The transaction really allowed us to showcase the depth of our firm's areas of expertise.
