The following speech was delivered by Stephen Robinson upon accepting his Lifetime Achievement award at the 2021 New York Legal Awards ceremony, held Oct. 13th at the New York Marriott Marquis.
First, I would like to congratulate the other recipients of tonight's awards. What an amazing accomplishment. Second, I would like to thank the New York Law Journal for the Lifetime Achievement Award. I greatly appreciate it.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota.
