The Moot Court Honor Society of St. John’s University School of Law held its annual Hon. Milton Mollen Moot Court Competition on Oct. 14 at the university’s Belson Moot Courtroom. The case involved the constitutional right against unreasonable search and seizure, and whether the Firearms Owners’ Protection Act allows a defense of “innocent possession.”
