Greenspoon Marder has added an environmental, social and governance (ESG) affiliate in New York, the Miami-based Am Law 200 firm announced this week.
Value(s) Management and Investing (VMI) is an eight-person team led by ESG veteran Sarah Teslik that will work in concert with Greenspoon Marder attorneys and clients, although it's a wholly separate entity from the law firm.
