Starting on Nov. 1, Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel will launch a phased "reorientation" process to get staff and attorneys into a hybrid work remote and in-person working model, according to an internal memo obtained by the Law Journal.

In the first fortnight of the reorientation, workers are "strongly encouraged" to report to Kramer Levin's Midtown Manhattan office at least once a week, according to the memo, which was signed by managing partners Paul Schoeman and Howard Spilko.
