A gift shop in Brooklyn says that access to its PayPal accounts went up in smoke after the payment app service falsely accused the store of partaking in the illegal narcotics trade.
The company was hit with a lawsuit under the Hemp Farm Act Monday in New York Eastern District Court on behalf of Friends NYC, a seller of CBD oil products, and other plaintiffs.
