The New York City Bar Association on Oct. 22 gave "approved" ratings to the bulk of 53 candidates it evaluated in recent months who are vying for state Supreme Court and New York City Civil Court positions across the five boroughs in the upcoming general election.
Still, the committee handed down "not approved" ratings to 15 of the 53 candidates.
