Schulte Roth & Zabel has brought on longtime private capital industry attorney Michael Flynn as a partner in the firm's M&A and securities group out of New York. Flynn moves over to Schulte after four years at fellow financial services-heavy Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman.
