A misdemeanor complaint filed in Albany City Court on Thursday accused former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo of forcibly touching a woman in the Executive Mansion in December 2020.
The complaint, signed by an investigator in the Albany County Sheriff's Office, accuses Cuomo of reaching under the woman's shirt and groping her breast.
