Attorneys at Mayer Brown on Tuesday removed an environmental lawsuit against 3M, Carrier Global, Corteva Agriscience, DuPont, Chemours, BASF and other defendants to New York Western District Court. The suit, filed by Napoli Shkolnik PLLC on behalf of Seneca County, accuses the defendants of causing groundwater contamination. The case is 6:21-cv-06672, Seneca County v. 3M Company et al.

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
