  • Foley & Lardner has named Anne Sekel as managing partner of the firm's New York office. She succeeds Peter Wang who held the position in New York since 2004. Wang will continue to counsel clients as part of his litigation practice.
  • Jeff Berardi, has joined Baretz + Brunelle as a partner after merging his consulting firm, Berardi Consulting, into B+B.
  • Goodwin Proctor has brought on Adam Sussman as a partner in the firm's private investment funds practice. He joins from Proskauer Rose.
  • Ropes & Gray has promoted David Kaye and Steve Zaorski to partners.
  • Hilary Korman has rejoined Blank Rome as a senior attorney in the firm's general litigation practice group. She rejoins from M&T Bank where she served as vice president, assistant general counsel. In addition, the firm has also added Kerri Alessi as counsel to the real estate practice group. She joins from Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler.
  • Adam Finerman has joined BakerHostetler as a partner and co-leader of its IPOs and securities offerings team. He was formerly with Olshan Frome Wolosky.
  • Capital Markets attorney Sam Kardon has joined Hunton Andrews Kurth as counsel. He joins from Proskauer Rose where he was a special counsel in that firm's real estate capital markets group.
