Davis Polk & Wardwell partner Charles S. Duggan has entered an appearance for Facebook, CEO Mark Zuckerberg and CFO David Wehner in a pending securities class action. The suit, filed Oct. 27 in New York Eastern District Court by The Rosen Law Firm, accuses Facebook of misleading investors regarding user growth and concealing tactics used to target preteens. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Margo K. Brodie, is 1:21-cv-05976, Ngian v. Facebook, Inc. et al.
