- Sidley Austin has added Lara Thyagarajan as a partner in the firm's securities enforcement and regulatory practice group. She is a former member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) enforcement's senior leadership team and most recently served as FINRA's head of market regulation enforcement and litigation.
- Fox Rothschild has added Jayashree Mitra as a partner in the firm's intellectual property department. She was previously a partner at Zuber Lawler.
- Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson has added Ilan T. Graff as a partner in the firm's white collar defense, regulatory enforcement & investigations practice. He joins from the U.S. Attorney's Office for SDNY where he worked from 2012 to 2021, most recently as Deputy U.S. Attorney.
- King & Spalding has named the following attorneys as partners: Matthew Bush, Martin Eid, Dev Ghose, Kevin Hynes, Kevin Manz, Brett Nizzo, Jennifer Schramm and Kathryn Weiss. In addition, the following have been named counsel: Steven Blau, Keiko Hayakawa and David Hudson.
- Schlam Stone & Dolan has promoted Joshua Wurtzel to partner.
- Ian Sherwin has joined Reed Smith as a partner in the firm's global corporate group. He was formerly with Kirkland & Ellis.
- Finance attorney Christian Pugaczewski has joined Hunton Andrews Kurth as a partner. He joins from Shearman & Sterling where he was a member of that firm's derivatives and structured products practice.
- Alexandra Alberstadt has joined Seward & Kissel as counsel in the firm's investment management group. Prior to joining, she was a partner at Practus, LLP.
- Herrick, Feinstein has elevated attorneys Brett Gottlieb, Kyle Kolb, Heather Robinson and Scott Ross to partners.
- Megan George has joined Wiggin and Dana as counsel in the firms health care practice group. She was previously of counsel at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis.
- Chelsea Silverman Hallowell has been promoted to special counsel at Akerman.
