She is a former member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) enforcement's senior leadership team and most recently served as FINRA's head of market regulation enforcement and litigation.
  • Fox Rothschild has added Jayashree Mitra as a partner in the firm's intellectual property department. She was previously a partner at Zuber Lawler.
  • Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson has added Ilan T. Graff as a partner in the firm's white collar defense, regulatory enforcement & investigations practice. He joins from the U.S. Attorney's Office for SDNY where he worked from 2012 to 2021, most recently as Deputy U.S. Attorney.
