- Matthew Sinkman, most recently an assistant attorney general for the Environmental Protection Bureau of the New York State Office of the Attorney General, will join Gibbons P.C. in early January 2022 as counsel in the firm's environmental group.
- Ted Randolph has returned to Lowenstein Sandler as partner in the firm's investment management practice. Immediately prior to returning to the firm, he was practicing at Shearman & Sterling.
- John Leonard and Bruce Strong will become shareholders at Anderson Kill, effective Jan. 1, 2022.
- Davis+Gilbert has promoted Sharon Cohen, David Fisher, Maxine Sharavsky Garrett, Jessica Ho, Corey Kaplan, Charles Mileski, Marc Rogers, Jr. and Jacklyn Siegel to partners. In addition, Daniel Dingerson, Matt Hanley and Gabrielle White have been elevated to counsel.
- Kramer Levin has promoted David Blabey, Jr., Clémentine de Guillebon, Daniel Michaelson and Seth Niedermayer to partners.
- Sidley Austin has elected Azad Assadipour, Francesca Brody, William Curtin, Simon Navarro, Charlotte Newell, Alan E. Rothman and Jessica Wood to partner, and has promoted Elizabeth Gates to counsel.
- Evan Michailidis has joined Eisner, as a partner in the litigation department, based in New York. He was formerly a partner at Duane Morris.
- Caryn Young has joined Withers as a trusts and estates partner. She was previously with Day Pitney.
- Ari Feder has joined Mintz as a member in the firm's tax practice. He joins from Torys.

J. Brugh Lower of Gibbons has entered an appearance for industrial equipment supplier Devco Corporation in a pending trademark infringement lawsuit. The suit, accusing the defendant of selling knock-off Graco products, was filed Dec. 18 in New Jersey District Court by Rivkin Radler on behalf of Graco Inc. and Graco Minnesota. The suit, filed Dec. 11 in New York Southern District Court by Bleichmar Fonti & Auld, accuses the defendants of concealing the bank's 'pervasive' deficiencies in regards to its compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and the quality of its anti-money laundering controls. Wolf of Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani to fend off a pending breach-of-contract lawsuit. The court action, filed Nov. 25 in Michigan Eastern District Court by Hooper Hathaway PC on behalf of The Town Residences LLC, accuses Crown Castle of failing to transfer approximately $30,000 in utility payments from T-Mobile in breach of a roof-top lease and assignment agreement.
