After missing two court-imposed deadlines to retain new counsel, former Fox News anchor Andrea Tantaros has hired Outten & Golden to represent her in a lawsuit seeking to invalidate an arbitration agreement with the network.

In a court filing Monday, Cara Greene, a partner with the Manhattan-based employment law firm, blamed the delay on Fox News’ “unlimited resources” and “broad reach in the New York legal community,” which she said had made it difficult for Tantaros to find new lawyers.
