A 2009 settlement agreement between Jeffrey Epstein and one of his alleged sex trafficking victims, Virginia Giuffre, will be made public in a civil lawsuit accusing Prince Andrew of sexual assault, a pair of Manhattan federal judges said on Wednesday.

The judges, Lewis A. Kaplan and Loretta A. Preska of the Southern District of New York, said in a joint order that the document would be posted “on or about” Jan. 3, finding that neither side of the litigation had shown good cause for keeping it under seal.
