Attorneys for Ghislaine Maxwell asked a Manhattan judge on Wednesday to grant their client a new trial on sex-trafficking charges after a juror on the case failed to disclose that he was a victim of childhood sexual abuse.

The filing, submitted just after 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, was made entirely under seal, and requested that “all submissions” pertaining to the juror remain sealed until the court ruled on the motion.
