Health care IT company Cerner Corp. and members of its board of directors were slapped with a shareholder lawsuit Monday in New York Eastern District Court over the company's proposed sale to Oracle. The lawsuit, brought by Halper Sadeh LLP on behalf of Leroy Berry Jr., seeks to block the transaction based on alleged deficiencies in Cerner's disclosures to shareholders. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-00405, Berry, Jr. v. Corporation et al.
