New York Attorney General Letitia James on Wednesday moved to dismiss former President Donald Trump’s lawsuit against her in the Northern District of New York, arguing that it is Trump’s last-ditch effort to disrupt her civil investigation of the former president’s business activities.

James’ office last week in state court filed a motion to compel Trump and two of his children to testify as part of the investigation, which relates to whether the Trump Organization intentionally misvalued its assets.
