All four departments of New York’s appellate division are set to return to in-person arguments in the coming weeks after a move to remote operations amid rising COVID-19 cases in the state in late December and January.
The First Department will hold remote arguments via Microsoft Teams in February and return to in-person arguments on March 1, court leaders confirmed this week.
