The suit, filed by Litman Law Firm on behalf of Meredith Manopella-Fletcher, contends that the defendant's permanent birth control product Essure caused serious health complications. The case is 2:22-cv-00693, Manopella-Fletcher v. Bayer, Inc. et al.
