Lawyers for Sarah Palin are expected to file a motion seeking to disqualify U.S. District Judge Jed S. Rakoff from the former Alaska governor's defamation case against The New York Times, after jurors learned that the case had been rejected due to a legal ruling announced while they were deliberating.
