Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher filed a lawsuit against the Union de Banques Arabes et Françaises S.A. (UBAF) Monday in New York Southern District Court.

The suit, filed on behalf of victims of terrorism and their family members, accuses the UBAF of accepting over $2 billion in funds from the Syrian government for the purpose of avoiding victims claims and U.S. government sanctions.
