In what is believed to be a first for the legal industry, midsize law firm Otterbourg is giving out $25,000 return-to-office bonuses for all associates as the firm returns to its Park Avenue office in Manhattan, according to an internal memo.
“As we begin to put this challenging chapter of the pandemic behind us, the firm wishes to express its profound appreciation for all of your hard work and dedication, especially during the last two years,” the firm’s board of directors announced to associates.
