The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct on Tuesday announced that Hamilton County Judge Tatiana Coffinger should be admonished for two instances of misconduct during her 2019 campaign for the bench.

Coffinger, who serves in the county, family and surrogate’s courts in Hamilton County, posted invitations for a Hamilton County Republican Party fundraiser event on her campaign Facebook page and then spoke at the event, which raised nearly $1,800 for the county Republican committee, the commission found.
