The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit on Tuesday allowed the descendants of a Jewish art collector represented by the Manhattan-based litigation boutique Kasowitz Benson Torres to proceed with their lawsuit against Hungarian museums holding pieces of art looted by the Nazis during World War II.
