As the war in Ukraine and the mass-exodus crisis it’s causing enters its fifth week, the New York State Bar Association will hold a webinar for lawyers statewide who want to help Ukrainians find refuge inside the United States.

On Friday, the bar association will hold a 90-minute virtual program that will walk lawyers through the Department of Homeland Security’s Temporary Protected Status program, giving lawyers instruction on “the basics of how to help” Ukrainians file initial TPS applications and supporting documents.
