Lev Parnas, the former associate of former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani who was convicted last year of violating campaign-finance laws, pleaded guilty Friday morning to a separate conspiracy charge related to his work with a fraud insurance company.

In a remote change-of-plea hearing, Parnas, whose work with Giuliani made him a peripheral figure in the first impeachment trial of former President Donald Trump, admitted to providing ”false information” to investors in the firm Fraud Guarantee.
