New York Attorney General Letitia James’ office announced Friday that it had secured nearly $7 million from two home health agencies that admitted to submitting false Medicaid claims and cheating their employees out of wages.

James said that Crown of Life Care NY and All American Homecare Agency Inc. had agreed to settle claims resulting from a joint investigation by the AG and the Brooklyn U.S. Attorney’s office.
