In a brief filed late Monday in New York’s Appellate Division, First Department, New York Attorney General Letitia James argued that former President Donald Trump and two of his children have failed to prove that her office is engaging in selective prosecution of the Trump Organization for alleged misrepresentations in financial records.

James urged the appellate court to uphold Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron’s February ruling, which rejected the Trumps’ motion to quash subpoenas for their testimony.
