In-house lawyers at CNA Financial Corp., a Loews company, on Wednesday removed to New York Northern District Court an insurance lawsuit against CNA and Michael Easterbrooks.

The suit, filed by Elmen Law Firm, arises from an underlining civil suit filed under New York’s Child Victims Act against Warren County in which the plaintiff alleges that he was sexually abused while he was a minor living in foster care.
