Thomas Barrack, the chairman of former President Donald Trump’s 2017 inaugural committee, on Thursday agreed to continue working with his attorneys at O’Melveny & Myers even though the company also represents his former company.

Barrack’s lead counsel Daniel M. Petrocelli of O’Melveny told U.S. District Judge Brian Cogan of the Eastern District of New York that the firm is handling “two small matters” for DigitalBridge, the real estate investment firm Barrack founded and ran under the name Colony Capital.
