A state court judge has reversed a New York City decision to revoke, in the wake of the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol attack, a license it awarded in 2012 to the Trump Organization to run a public Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course in the Bronx.

The practical effect of Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Debra James’ ruling is that Trump Golf Links at Ferry Point, which opened in 2014, will continue to operate. And in a recent Tweet after James’ decision, Trump Ferry Point said, in part, “Today we celebrate a very well-deserved victory.”
