Judges of New York’s highest court Thursday looked at the authenticity of social media allegedly sent by a former high school volleyball coach who was accused of sexting with a student, an issue that invalidated his conviction.
Arguments before the New York Court of Appeals centered on whether a screenshot of a text message seized by a third party can serve as an original document.
