Anna Mercado Clark, a Phillips Lytle partner and a former assistant district attorney, has been elected to serve as the Asian American Bar Association of New York’s (AABANY) development director, a role that focuses on developing and managing AABANY’s fundraising efforts while also seeking other opportunities to increase its financial resources overall, according to a news release from Phillips Lytle.

The AABANY is a not-for-profit corporation that represents the interests of New York-area Asian-American lawyers, judges, other legal professionals, law professors and law students, according to the law firm’s release about Clark’s recent election by the group’s board of directors.
