A Second Circuit panel on Thursday eyed the fate of the retirement accounts accumulated by Evan Greebel—who once represented “Pharma Bro” Martin Shkreli—during his past employment at the law firms Fried Frank and Katten Muchin Rosenman.
The three-judge panel of the U.S. Second Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments reviewing a Brooklyn federal judge’s decision finding the government could garnish those accounts to fund a restitution obligation.
