Defendants were security officers or juvenile counselors when plaintiffs D.B. and C.P. were juvenile residents of limited secure facility Taberg Center for Girls.
Defendants allegedly used unnecessary force against and physically and sexually assaulted and abused them. Defendant Montana also allegedly had unprotected sex with them.
