Akerman filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit Tuesday in New York Eastern District Court on behalf of T.D. Bank.
The complaint, over a loan dispute valued at approximately $600,000, takes aim at the three-level, 106-foot luxury yacht The Freeport Princess, which is marketed as a rental "party boat" that can accommodate up to 150 guests, court papers state.
