Plaintiff law firm, the Law Offices Of Zara Javakov, sought an injunction staying the Geller Law Firm, the defendant in the case, from taking any action regarding clients plaintiff asserted were, in fact, plaintiff’s clients.

Plaintiff contended that defendant the Geller Law Group transferred cases that were pending in civil court to plaintiff. All of the cases involved recovery for unpaid no-fault benefits.
