The apparent hate crime at a Buffalo supermarket that left 10 people dead last weekend had New York attorneys looking at the case’s prosecutorial implications, as well as whether a “red flag” law might have thwarted the senseless act.
They were also looking at how potential civil liability might provide recourse for the shooting victims and their families
